I was pleased to see that the actual product matched the pictures. While pond fishing with a friend, I tied one of these on and caught a fish in just 15 minutes after struggling for hours! My friend had an expensive lure and didn’t catch anything, but once he tried one of my lures, he hooked a fish in no time.

These lures sink well and mimic lifelike swimming actions, plus the hooks are strong.
You might want to grab two or three packs for good measure.

I had a hook bend on a 9” bass sometimes, and the hooks would pull out of the soft plastic after the first fish. I know I tied a solid knot, but it slipped off when snagged. Despite that, I still like them for the great bass I've caught. They have a simple action and realistic eyes, so I'd say they’re worth it for short-term use.
So far, I’m impressed with how they move in the water. I can see this becoming a decent lure for me, though I’m worried about the build quality—one eye fell off before I even opened the package.
