Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone. In some cases, items may ship separately.

• Duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility since we do not pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order (please contact your local Custom’s Office for an estimate of these fees).
• Given that you are ordering merchandise from a company outside of your country, local customs officials may require inspection of imported parcels and assess appropriate import duties and taxes.
• US Shipping: doesn't include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico area. Please contact us for detailed shipping fee.

We use your country's local postal service for delivery, such as Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DDP, La Poste, Deutsche Post, Correos, Poste Italiane, Australia Post, Aramex ......

For US/CA/UK/DE/FR/ES/IT, we usually use Amazon's delivery service (FBA) to deliver from local warehouses in order to ensure fast shipping timeframes and reliable delivery. Amazon will assign a carrier partner for your shipment.

Extended Global Shipping Coverage

To better support our customers worldwide, in addition to the countries listed in the table above, we now also offer shipping to South America, the Middle East, Africa, and other regions not explicitly mentioned.

Order confirmation & tracking

You will receive a tracking link with your delivery confirmation email, which will allow you to check your order status online anytime. The tracking number is active within 24 hours of your purchase. How Do I Change The Shipping Address Or Cancel My Order

Contact truscendlure@truscend.net immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy*from the date you receive your items.

Within this period, you may request a return for a refund or an exchange for another product.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and untested
• Items must include all original packaging and tags
• Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective or damaged)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a shipping label if approved.

3. Carefully pack your items and send them back using the provided return label.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Replacement orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Return Shipping Fees

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or refund
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
